Loren Cook steel fans are coated with a 5-stage electrostatically-applied polyester powder coating. The process, "Lorenizing", provides great resistance to chlorine and other corrosive atmospheres. The finish easily survived a brutal, 1000 hour, salt water spray test - an held up beautifully! (The competitors galvanized products did not fair as well!).

Loren Cook's Lorenized finish is environmentally friendly. The entire process takes place within a self-contained, automated process. No solvents are utilzed so there are no harmful paint vapors or polluting fumes to escape. Water recirculates and is neutralized before its release from the system. There is virtually nothing in the whole process to adversely effect our environment.
